Nice, how many miles is that? I know you'll be enjoying the break-neck effect of other drivers, hopefully it won't cause any accidents. Longest trip I've had was from Dallas to Amarillo...one tank of gas to do it on a virgin motor, roughly 26 mpg. I'm anxious to see how the 6 speed does on an even longer trip. Hope you enjoy it 8-)

You will have a great time in the Mopar 10. But watch out for the other people they have not seen one. the cars are great to drive. Lance and myself took a 19 hour drive back from Vegas a couple of months ago. They sure drive nice and AC works real well in them.Have a safe trip and post if you can.

Man, that is one heck of a story. You might see it resurface very soon if you don't mind.

That is really sad about your daughter and grandson. The roads do get very bad when icy and a lot of folks don't exercise the necessary caution. I can't tell you how many people get hit (usually minor damage and back issues, or bruised knees etc) here on I40 by truckers etc. I wish she'd have been in Colorado Springs, you could have met up with her in our neck of the woods for a Challenger meet. She sounds like a great girl with impecable taste in vehicles and colors, and just a few years younger than me...very rare to hear of a girl that age into lead sleds, a pretty cool trait imo.

Great story with the numbers significance as well; I wouldn't consider that a coincidence at all...it was just meant to wind up with you. I'm sure her and her son would have been proud to ride shotgun and in the back with you tearing up the road and winning shows.

My best wishes to you and "Barbara" in the future. I know while you are in the M10 you will be watched from above.

I also love the story. It will remind you everytime you drive her. It now is a mission to show the M10 off as much as possible. Mileage is good, mine gets about the same 24 to 25 mpg. thanks for sharing the trip with us. I can relate to the cops stopping you. Enjoy the car my friend.

i do not mind it Showing up again the more i get her story out there the more i feel justice will happen as we are in as you can Imagine a Mega-battle Lawsuit and Trying to change the Officers Report putting her at fault and she clearly wasnt if the GPS in her Car and in the Trucks are correct .

And yes i agree she is definately with me Everyday Being a Marine i have seen and done alot of things most people my age shouldnt have seen or done and i have dealt with things... this is entirely different when i Feel like im gonna lose my mind i Take her for a ride and all is well with the world for those few moments

Taking her to be detailed today and maybe get the windows tinted Depends on cost and if they can do it today . MAN traveling can Really take a toll on your Ride inside AND out specially when ya have 2 others in the car that DO NOT see the point of having a car if ya cannot eat or drink in it *grrrr food wrappers and Trash everywhere. ( yes im talkin bout the wife *looks behind me just in case * ) and my Roomate

Yeah, the longer the haul the worse the carnage. We lived off Cheezits for a few hundred miles, hopefully the crumbs stained in the box.

Definitely let us know if you get the windows tinted...that has been on my "to do list" since Day 1. It was on the concept drawing, so frankly we are not deviating from the plans, lol.

Best wishes with the lawsuit; it is a true shame to have to live out this experience in that manner. I have seen "official reports" that don't even take the basic laws of physics into account  Hopefully driving the M10 will be enough to get you thru these hard times.
