When tackling your Challenger’s sound system, a new head unit puts out more power and the equalizer helps get the most out of the factory speakers.  In the case of the 130-4 Speaker set-up, that isn’t much.  Outside of the enhanced sound and instant eye candy that the aftermarket head unit provides, the next biggest improvement comes from replacing the front 6x9 Speakers.

When it comes to your sound system, the biggest bang for the buck in terms of sound and aesthetics is the head unit.  Often times just replacing the lackluster factory head unit with an aftermarket deck can make a huge impact, even with the less than ideal speakers.

Before you can enjoy that new, aftermarket deck, you've got to get the old one out of your dash.
