Mopar 10 Registry

Well, this has been something I've wanted to post for awhile...

I just got back in from a trip down state...lots of highway miles, small towns, and metro areas like San Antonio. I never saw a Mopar 10. I was thinking that as the time passed since they were "new" and 2nd or 3rd owners picked them up, they would start to be a little more easier to find...That does not seem to be the case.

Outside of your "known" circle (ie the guy 2 towns over, or the one you know from the show circuit etc), have you seen another M10 recently?

I actually saw them more frequently right when I got mine, which doesn't seem logical given the typical format of things. Here as of late, about the only M10 I see is my own, lol. I've still yet to see an M12 or M13 ANYWHERE, but I do see M11s with the greatest frequency.

So what is going on in your neck of the woods?

Still nothing up here. Mine will be on display cross country next week, I'm shipping it to NC on Tuesday. Maybe I'll find some out there.

Any luck on the east coast?

Not yet. Mine is supposed to be here this afternoon.

Any east coast progress? Maybe you just need to get behind the wheel and drive over for Chryslers in the Canyon in October...that would cover some territory!

Just got my internet up and running today. The M10 and Charger came in on time with no problems. I wish I could say that for everything else. They lost our moving trailer so all our clothes and furniture were a week late, just now getting internet. I did get the M10 out last week after I cleaned it up. Attracted a lot of attention in High Point, including the local sheriff who turned around and followed me for 5 miles. Haven't seen a lot of Challengers like I'm used to, and all of them have been pretty much stock. Just missed a car show about a mile away from here. They had a Pacer and a slant 6 Gremlin X, but only 1 real Mopar. It was a dressed up 66 Coronet with a 426 Hemi 4 speed. Sounded great. I'll get them next year.

Man, sorry to hear about the lost trailer. Anymore, it amazes me anything gets done right, much less the first time.

If you'd have wound up in ABQ you'd be set!

If the Mopars are that scarce out there, I'm sure the more you drive the M10, the more you'll meet that have stuff in the woodwork, or know people etc.

Would love to come down there, I know the canyon well, hate to miss it.I've heard that the largest Challenger modification dealer is up here in NC. Must not be here, but I'll keep looking. Since I now work for Honda (aircraft) i've found out that they have a "car club". i'll be checking that out and knowing the people that I know here, it might be an interesting collection of hondas, muscle, classic, and rat rod.

Should be interesting...Keep us posted. Best thing about a new area is the unknown...although that is also the worst thing, lol.

I'm pushing hard to get the Trinity Shot at CIC V. I will do my part...I'll even do whatever I can to help get others here.

If you can't make it in the M10 you could fly out!
