I see some of you get some down time thanks to the Snow Fairy. Saw vids of Amarillo. With the winds you had along with the snow, I think my house down there would of had snow drifts up to the roof. Hope everyone digs out soon.

Ha, yep...it was pretty wild.
I had 2 drifts, one in the SW corner and the other in the NE corner where they clipped the fence...that is 6' of wind blown snow!
I'm worn out right now...I swear I shoveled thousands of pounds of snow...The driveway had roughly 3-4' drifts that stretched back a long ways...I've piled up the bulk of it and made a 6' high mountain that probably has a 25' diameter...
You definitely didn't miss much. A friend in San Diego told me their news report said we had more snow in 24 hours than Chicago had all winter. I believe it was the 2nd Largest 24 hour Snow Total for Amarillo...Also had 7 hrs straight of pure white out conditions with registered sustained winds of 50+ mph.
I'll be driving the Off Road for awhile, lol.
