Well it is HEMI TIME (4:26 AM) here and I am pretty tired, hence why the last several posts probably make no sense, lol.
Nonetheless in a few hours I will be tearing "back" into the Challenger to replace the speakers and work on the amp install.
I got all of this started and literally wrapped the install up the morning of our big car show here (Chryslers in the Canyon). Sadly, that consisted of having the wires run for the amp, the passenger's side speaker wires, and the head unit installed (which is the big eye candy upgrade).
I got a little time in a few nights ago on modifying the door speaker pods and rounded up some stuff to finish/seal that off and hopefully build a decent amp rack.
I have a ton of pics/vids I need to sort, edit, and comple from back in October to go with this latest round. I'm hoping to make some headway on that AFTER I get everything in the car wrapped up.
I couldn't stand the 130 4 Speaker and trying to get the factory headunit and speakers was a nightmare (dealys and price) so I went entirely aftermarket.
I will highlight everything and hopefully have some stuff that will help folks out that want to do the same...
And for those worried about it, fear not...EVERYTHING I did can be reverted back to factory...the "corner pocket" modded door pods are replacements I ordered in (with the speakers since Chrysler doesn't sell the baffle without the speaker
)
Anyway, I'll quit rambling...I'll be back to being a contortionist here in a little bit.
