What is "shift skip"? |

6 speed issue... At low rpm's the tranny will keep you from 1-2 and force you to 4th gear. It is basically a feature in the tremec to keep mpg high and out of gas guzzler range...and an annoyance to you. So you have to buy a skip shift eliminator to fully enjoy your 6-speed to its full potential. I've heard several local AAMers with 6 speed Challys say it was the best $30 they've ever spent, lol. |

Ok, that explains a lot. Where do I find these and another stupid question: are they warranty compatible? |

Not a stupid question, but one I don't know...I would imagine it would be fine. If you are concerned, just pull it from the car everytime (it is literally just like a plug and play harness). Imagine a dash light that was a 194...Now buy a harness that has a 194 plug on one end and a socket for an led on the other... Granted, this would be cumbersome to pull everytime but unless you have tranny issues I don't know why it would even be checked. |

Oh yeah, forgot to post up a link for you to buy from, lol...There are a lot of places selling the, but I think SLP is the likely source: Well, their site is kind of slow sometimes, so here is another options...just pick your preference; http://www.summitracing.com/parts/JET-61615/ I know it says 'vette,' but it works for the Chally as well...should be listed in the breakdown. |

Ok so stupid question. I tried to edit my avatar and followed the directions posted. However the posting says the size has to be 20x20 dimensions. I entered in the direct link and entered in the dimensions of 20x20. At first I was really excited it actually worked! Then I saw how tiny my avatar is and how it's pretty much invisible anyway. Can anyone help me figure out how to resize it so you can actually see it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! |

Try using 150x150, that's what I used on mine. |
