So comeing home from work I got the unfortanete pleasure of seeing my first "gangstered" challenger R/T. The R/T cause he proudly displayed a large R/T vinyl that covered his entire hood. Add some 26 inch spinners and some "Dub" badges. To each there own but I want to slap him. |

Well, at least we should all be faster than the guy rolling on 26s, lol. I was at a stop light last week and saw a crown vic rolling on what must have been 26-30" rims...it was honestly the biggest set I have seen in person, in my life! That thing sat up as high as a mild lift kit on a 4x4 |

Howdy guys, Been busy with school... I feel the same way about the "over-done" appearances, but to each his own. Even the changes/modifications I have on my car will make any Stock Challenger look good. But, Rod and I just had a conversation about 22's instead of 20's. I think I got through to him about not putting 22's on his New MoPar (Durango RT). Even though it is an SUV I suggested he lower it with attitude (lower in the front) to close the wheel-gap. He was/is thinking about Larger wheels (diameter) in the rear and smaller in the front (like he had the Challenger). We spoke about torque and loss of it with larger wheels. Enjoy the Ride... |

Welcome back Tony. I'm open for anything as long as it looks good or I can see what the person was going for. As long as the Durango is 2wd he should drop it. I always liked the first gen Durangos, tried to get my sister to get a new one. I think he'd be one of the first to really do a new Durango up right, I'd also like to see him drop it and put a fat tire out back. |
