I have something really cool in the works and it would be a big boost to any 68-70 Charger owners, or 68-70 B-body owners looking to spice up their dash.

I have a gauge bezel that I think will be "good enough" but the place I am working with said they need all three pieces...including the radio plate and trim above the glove box. I am not concerned about paint being faded or falling off...just in-tact and solid. The better the piece, the better the end result.

I would be getting a prototype and doing a write up on it...I don't want to go into too many details, but take my word it should be pretty slick.

Here is a shot of what I am looking for.

Awesome...yes, this is definitely for good...at least from my eyes.

Granted, I am from the black grille/black bumper society of Charger Owners, but then again so are you

I have worked on this in the past:
http://www.amarilloareamopars.com/phpBB ... =11&t=1463

There are a few guys on DodgeCharger.com that have pulled it off...the one close to what I'm doing...aftermarket in only the stock locations and with the factory bezel actually clearanced his bezels with a belt sander to "make them fit." I've tried to avoid that and there just isn't adequate real estate...if this was a blank sheet of plastic, yes...with pre-formed holes...no.

I took one bezel to a water jet guy over a year ago and a drawing...he lost the drawing, still has the bezel...I have yet to get a piece back. He's nice, but makes money doing production jobs etc.

I will loose the donor bezel and these other trim pieces, but what we will get is the option to buy flat black, satin aluminum, and carbon fiber gauge clusters that match the factory bezel...

If you are still interested, let me know what you want for them...

All I've honestly got is the factory gauge bezel...I don't even own a radio plate, unless you consider a 1970s "No Trespassing" sign to be a good radio plate, lol.

Yeah, I am sold on the idea would match up better with what I am trying to do for that more modern look. One of the main reasons I powdercoated my bumpers and other pieces.

I checked out the company you mentioned http://www.mimousa.com/product/Real-Car ... ault.aspx#

They do have something for the 69, but don't have actual product pics. It looks like a nice kit, and I'm interested to see the "Charger" script above the glove box. Sadly, I'm wanting a complete cluster, not just the stick-on...If they could make the actual pieces out of CF I'd prob pick it up. Thanks for posting, they have a very nice selection!

that is the dash I currently have, and it doesn't look that great. I am little disappointed in it, I will send you pics of the gauge area, had to use heat gun to really set up as where the writing goes is raised so not really that professional looking.

That actually doesn't look too bad in the pic. I know what you mean about the lettering though, I could see it being an issue.
