Lone Star Mopars

Been following all the action on this site and looking forward to meeting both Old and New Mopar owners. I have owned several of Old Mopars, Mostly 1968 Dodge Chargers and 1970 Super Bees. Currently a few of the newer Mopars, 2009 Challenger Classic R/T in B5. 2006 Daytona Charger and matching 2005 Daytona Ram in Go Mango, a few others as well. with one of 1968 Chargers having a full restomod done with a donor parts from a 2008 SRT Charger. I just retired from the Army (26 years) and now getting back into the Texas Mopar groove again. I am current member of a few Austin area Mopar clubs (C2M2, MMCA) and I attend most major shows often.

WOW!!! What a nice motor-pool you have.

I hung-out with the Central Texas (Austin) MoPars at the Buda Car Show back in 2010 (it rained that day, but was a very good turnout).

The Charger is going to be sweet when you wrap it up (it actually already is, lol).

moparx2 is out of the DFW area and if you ever head up here for anything or en route to MATS in Vegas again he might join the caravan with you.

blcd74 has the Inferno Red R/T that we took to Vegas. As soon as I get 2 vids, and some of the stereo stuff taken care of I will start in on the late model Challys at MATS. I'm hoping I will have a shot of your car in there somewhere.

Have you done anything to the Challenger?

Very cool you have the color match with the Daytonas!

I have a few mods on the 2009 Challenger done, mostly appearance, like rear window louvers and lots of stainless steel add ons. only done the K&N filter system and Diablo tuning in the performance side, looking at adding Corsa exhaust in the next few months. The Daytonas are also close in numbers as well as the Ram is number 883 and Charger is number 886. I was looking for matching number set when I picked them up.
I will let you know when I head that way and everyone is always welcomed to hang out with us down here in the Austin area. Very cool...the corsa system would round out the performance mods nicely.
