This was my first car.I got it bout a month before my 14th birthday.I tore it down soon after and it went into a long hybernation.I drug it out in 97 and got it running and road-worthy to leave my wedding(which by the way was on 4-26-97..easy to remember huh).A year or so after the wedding I put it in a body shop and bought my Plymouth back which had been gone for 2 years or so.After a pretty rough body shop experience,it has been sitting waiting its turn for about 10 years...Man,that sounds really bad.

Anyways,as some of yall may have read in Troy's welcome thread,I have toyed a few times with the idea of cloning a Daytona with te car.I spoke to my local Mopar body work buddy and he says bring it on.So now I am again seriously considering the wing-car-route.Guess we'll see what I feel like in a few months when we finish my wife's 57 Chevy.Cause at that point it will be Charger-time.

My other plans for the car involve Hemi power, not sure yet if it will be new or old Hemi.I am leanin toward a 6.1 crate motor with a supercharger. Then backing it up with either a 727 or a pro-flite and a gearvendors OD unit. The springs and wheel wells will be moved in and some BIG tires will be crammed under it.Anyways, just thinkin out loud a little.I'm gonna go back to Troy's thread and drool a little.See yall. 8-)

Didn't know you were 14 when you got your Charger too...must be a good age 8-)

Either route would be cool...there are a few guys on DC.com you could visit with about cloning a Daytona.

Can't go wrong with a 70 R/T or Daytona imo...
